Introducing Pumza Phokojoe from Lalu’s Catering and Takeaways, who has been supplying prepared meals to the Homestead Diamonds’ staff daily for over a year.

Not only does Pumza use the nutrient-dense organic produce grown at the mine in her catering company, but all food waste collected from Pumza’s kitchen, which is the by-product of catering, is then re-introduced into a composting system that is used in the organic food gardens at the mine.
